CAN bus interface incl. connection cable

This CAN bus interface allows the communications between the I-BUS/K-CAN App and your vehicle.

The CAN bus interface can be connected in addition to our Resler interface/module and the Deep OBD adapter and add further functions to these. When used with the I-BUS app no additional CAN licence is required in addition to the I-BUS app licence!

It does not replace the Resler interface/module!

With the help of this interface it is possible to retrieve CAN bus data from the vehicle, which is updated much faster than on the I-BUS.

The following data can be retrieved from the E38/E39/E46/E53/E83/E85/E86:

• Engine speed
• Speed
• Current fuel consumption
• Fuel level
• ^{Oil temperature1}
• Coolant temperature
• Torque
• Power
• Steering angle²
• Wheel speed
• Longitudinal and lateral acceleration

With the enclosed adapter cable, the interface is integrated into the wiring harness without the need for soldering or cutting cables.

On older E-series models, the easiest way to install the interface is behind the instrument cluster.
