These holders of the new generation replace the sheet metal holders enclosed with the radio and promise an ideal seat of the radio in the mounting shaft of the BMW E39.

The holders are:

identical in construction for the left and right side
made of aluminium
provided with a centering countersink for better threading of the screw
have a metric M3 female thread (max. tightening torque: 0.6-1.0Nm!)

IMPORTANT: The fittings only fit in the 5 series BMW type E39. An ideal fit may only be ensured if only angled adapters for FM antenna, GPS etc. are used at the radio! See also: Adapters and extensions

Hab's zusammen mit dem Xtrons IX7239BS gekauft. Die Halter passen perfekt und sind wesentlich stabiler als die beigelegten Blechhalter vom Xtrons.

Supplied brackets with those Android radios are terrible, I mean they're not even usable.
Get yourself a pair of these instead, these are absolutely of BMW OEM quality, all ports are matched, and they also line up my radio with the dash perfectly.

sad to say - but this a MUST HAVE for BMW

Before i bought a radio i red a lot about it. Few people adviced this brackets. I thought - what's the point paying extra 20-ish pounds for fancy brackets? Radio was expensive enough. What may be wrong with OEM brackets? Well - i was wrong. OEM brackets for Xtrons radio - are absolutely piece of crap. Radio itself is ok - bracket's aren't. Even radio mounting holes are in incorrect positions... So i ordered this. Plug an play. Everything fit as it should from day one. So - i just repeat myself - if You think about aftermarket radio - this brackets are a must have.

Perfekte Halterung für's Xtrons im E39

Die massiven Alu-Halterungen sind sicherlich die beste Lösung um das Xtrons passgenau im E39 zu montieren. Bin mit den Halterungen sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank auch für die schnelle Beantwortung meiner Anfrage.

Saubere Arbeit, passt perfekt!

Handwerklich sehr sauber gefertigte und vorallem massive Teile, nicht so windig wie das Original. Aber das Klebeband, mit dem die Teile zusammen geklebt wurden, entspricht nicht der Qualität, die sonst bei Euch an den Tag gelegt wird!

Excellent product, fast shipping!

Factory like fitting in my e39 limousine. Had a 4:3 BC before. Using this with Eonon GA9201A, fits perfectly, firmly standing in it's place. Needed some adjustment though. Also the original frame needs to be removed. Beware, it's not easy to remove it. But all worth the effort! Excellent product!
